Wellington Perth, a new vertical village precinct breathing life into Perth’s CBD will be the home of luxury residential apartments, Murray Tower, and premium office space, 725 Wellington.

Murray Tower is a 33-level building that connects to 725 Wellington, which is a 26-level office space building by a network of public plazas and laneways.
Murray Tower apartments is the ultimate in luxury residential, with a sky lounge, yoga pavilion, pool, sauna, private dining room, and sweeping views across the city, Kings Park, the Swan River, and beyond. While 725 Wellington office space offer state-of-the-art facilities, a childcare, a winter garden, a wellness centre with a pool, a co-working space with a Sky Garden for tenant functions.
725 Wellington will front onto Wellington Street opposite the Perth Arena, while Murray Tower will front onto Murray Street. A new mid-block pedestrian link from Murray Street through to Wellington Street is intended to serve both patrons of the development and those heading to the Perth Arena.
