A state-of-the-art distribution centre located in Merrifield Business Park in Victoria, has recently reach completion as one of the largest distribution centres in Australia.
DCWC provided full quantity surveying services for the new 100,000 square metre facility, which sits on 28 hectares, for German supermarket giant, Kaufland. The Distribution centre features a temperature-controlled storage area, recessed loading docks and office space.
The property has since been sold by Kaufland to a local transport/distribution company.
