The Executive Centre (TEC) has expanded its Sydney presence with a new innovative co-working space at Grosvenor Place. Located in one of Australia’s most prestigious commercial addresses, an iconic 44-storey office tower designed by renowned architect Harry Seidler, is conveniently situated near Circular Quay.

Spanning nearly 2,000 square meters, this premium single-level workspace features over 260 workstations designed to enhance collaboration and productivity. The thoughtfully crafted space includes private offices, a welcoming concierge area, collaborative workspaces, shared kitchens, and a vibrant café serving expertly brewed barista coffee—all complemented by stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

The project was executed using a traditional procurement model, finalising the design before tendering, ensuring competitive outcomes and budget adherence. DCWC completed all pre-contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, tender analysis and recommendations. We provided ad hoc advice to TEC, including support for the cold-to-warm shell negotiation with the landlord, and also delivered the Tax Depreciation Schedule, facilitating the project’s financial closeout.
