Beginning her career as a construction site engineer, Phoebe joined DCWC in 2021 and has smoothly transitioned into project management. Her civil engineering background equips her to lead communications effectively and understand the risks and opportunities in site operations.
She has been involved in complex refurbishments, fit-outs, brown-field and green field builds, managing projects from inception through to completion with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Her experience onsite has enhanced her ability to offer technical advice, and ensure quality control, deliverable close out, and successful project handover and transition to operations. Her notable projects include the RMIT University's New Academic Street, several warehouses at Melbourne Airport's Business Park, and the AFP's Victorian Headquarters.
Phoebe is committed to finishing projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on her expertise in client and stakeholder management.
