DCWC is extremely pleased to be providing Project Management Services for Melbourne Connect, Melbourne University's state of-the-art precinct,
Melbourne Connect is being delivered under a partnership between University of Melbourne and a consortium led by Lendlease. The consortium comprises of Lendlease as developer, builder, co-investor and investment manager of the commercial space; GIC the major co-investor in the commercial space; and Spotless as the facilities manager.
The precinct will feature circa 35,000 square metres of A-Grade office space for the Melbourne School of Engineering, co-working and commercial tenants, Telstra Creator Space, Science Gallery Melbourne, retail and a 3,000 square metre superfloor with shared meeting and events spaces, which will be activated by a dedicated events and engagement team. The precinct will also be home to 527 post graduates and visiting academic residents living in purpose built Student Accommodation.
Once completed, Melbourne Connect is set to become Australia’s leading innovation precinct.
