Paolo brings over 25 years of experience in Project Management to the Brisbane team. Paolo has demonstrated experience working on projects in Australia, Saudi Arabia, and Papua New Guinea. He has worked across a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Aged Care, Health, Infrastructure, and Industrial.
His experience in managing projects and providing oversight to project teams ensures successful project establishment, risk mitigation and achievement of programme deliverables and budget objectives. Paolo has collaborated successfully with a diverse range of clients to deliver projects including Fortitude Valley State Secondary College, Jazan Oil Refinery Project, and Macrossan Residential Tower Development.
Paolo has undertaken both management and project-related roles, operating in a variety of sectors including; Retail, Commercial, Education, Residential, Aged Care, Health, and Infrastructure. With project values ranging to $3 Billion.
With an extensive background in both construction and infrastructure industries, he has gained significant experience at the project operational level. This includes incorporating design development, tender management, contractor engagement, contract administration, site supervision, and defects inspections.
