Spanning over 18 storeys, Scape’s Student Accommodation Tower in Toowong is designed to accommodate over 700 students.
The building encompasses communal facilities including study zones, gymnasium, laundry, kitchen, indoor and outdoor cinema, games areas and numerous external terraces. The building is topped off with an expansive rooftop recreational deck with landscaped kitchen and BBQ area.
Aligning with Brisbane City Council’s vision of transforming Brisbane into an international student hub, Scape Toowong is ideally situated 4km from the CBD with good accessibility to The University of Queensland.
