DCWC delivered project management and superintendent services for the UniLodge's Archer Street student accommodation initiative.

Located in Toowong, this development involved the construction of a 15-story building, with two basement levels designated for parking. Located within close proximity to the Toowong Shopping Centre, the building was specifically designed to cater to the accommodation needs of students, aiming to provide a comfortable and modern living environment.

The project encompassed 555 student accommodation units, in addition to various common spaces such as multiple kitchen areas and a laundry room, ensuring that residents had access to convenient amenities. Moreover, the building featured a rooftop pool and a BBQ/entertainment area, offering recreational facilities for the residents.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, DCWC efficiently managed the project, ensuring its timely completion and staying within the allocated budget through maintaining effective communication and implementing strategic project management techniques.
