Donald Cant Watts Corke has recently welcomed Teifi Caron to the Advisory Team. Teifi joins us as a Senior Consultant and brings over 10 years’ experience in Asset Planning and Sustainability to the team.
With a Masters of Climate Change, Teifi specialises in assessing the environmental performance of large estate portfolios in relation to energy, carbon, waste and water metrics against strategic objectives, industry benchmarks and international best practice.
Teifi has supported public institutions across health, education and aged care sectors in optimising their asset portfolios by making real reductions to operational budgets, ecological footprints and risk profiles.
Teifi is excited to expand Advisory’s services offerings and enable our clients to capitalise on the synergies between Strategic Planning, Service Planning and Asset Planning.
“This integration of complementary skill sets means we can offer our clients comprehensive planning services that deliver real value derived from joined-up thinking. To date, I have found prospective clients are surprised to learn that we offer such a depth and range of capabilities.”
Our integrated sustainability and asset management capability differentiates DCWC Advisory within a highly competitive marketplace. Our new service offering includes strategic asset management and sustainability planning, environmental performance assessment, benchmarking and reporting.
Teifi will be working closely with DCWC teams nationally to explore new opportunities in the strategic asset management planning and sustainability space.
