Daniel brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry across Australia and Asia. He possesses a comprehensive skill set in Quantity Surveying services, including feasibility studies, initial reporting, due diligence, cost planning, cost estimation, tendering, tender review and analysis, drawdown reporting, progress cost management, and final accounts—encompassing both pre-contract and post-contract phases of development.
Throughout his career, Daniel has collaborated with various professionals on construction projects ranging from under $1 million to over $600 million. His experience spans a diverse array of sectors, including hotel and hospitality, retail and commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, as well as sports and leisure, education, industrial, health and Defence.
Additionally, Daniel is a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and holds membership in several professional organisations, including the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
