In November 2018, Donald Cant Watts Corke took on the role of Superintendent for an exciting project that involved the development of multiple precincts, alongside their full Quantity Surveying services which had been ongoing since March 2016.


The company played a crucial role in bringing the Cowper Street Development to life. This project showcased a unique blend of industrial heritage and New York-inspired loft living, creating a truly remarkable residential complex.


This project involved the development of four precincts, sixteen townhouses, a six-level apartment building, and two ten-level apartment buildings, totalling 398 dwellings and apartments.


Paying homage to the area's industrial heritage, the Cowper Street Development incorporated old-style bricks, sustainable quality timbers, and brushed metals. These design choices added a unique character to the development and by blending the old and the new, the project created a visually appealing and sustainable living environment.


Stylish landscaped gardens surrounding the on-site gym offer residents a serene space for relaxation, and the rooftop terrace garden provides unobstructed city views of Melbourne.
