DCWC's Infrastructure team attends OzWater 2024.
Our Infrastructure team, including our Director of Infrastructure Andrew Loh, were excited to participate in this year's OzWater 2024 conference and trade show. As the leading water event in Australia and the largest water conference and exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere, OzWater facilitates a program of speakers, papers, and workshops dedicated to those in the water sector, fostering excellence, networking, and global engagement.
The conference commenced with engaging discussions on emerging contaminants, innovative solutions for water access, and the role of digital tools in promoting sustainability. The second day highlighted the significance of human creativity, the incorporation of First Nations Science, and the assurance of vital water services for the future. The concluding day focused on water efficiency, conservation, and the revolutionary impact of machine learning in the water industry.
OzWater 2024 offered our team a key opportunity for generating leads, networking, engaging with suppliers, reconnecting with colleagues past and present, and gaining insights into forthcoming significant water projects. We extend special recognition to Xylem for their enlightening presentation that showcased their range of water treatment plant components. DCWC looks forward to working with Xylem on upcoming water utilities projects.
Andrew also takes pride in being a member of the Australian Water Association. Get in touch with Andrew to discuss your water utility project.
