Wan Teing joined DCWC Infrastructure in late 2022 and has quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the team with her management of junior staff as well as her first principles cost estimating expertise. Her extensive experience in the infrastructure sector has further enhanced the already high-quality service the Infrastructure team has been providing its valued clients. Wan Teing has been a key contributor to the great work done recently for our major client, SA Water.
With over 15 years of expertise in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, Wan Teing stands out as a distinguished specialist adviser. She excels in providing senior leadership to significant projects, enhancing their value through her adept handling of design management, meticulous planning, comprehensive risk assessments, strategic staging, and rigorous cost controls across various industry sectors.
