Simon is an Associate Director who has extensive experience in both cost management and project management of construction projects. Simon’s expert knowledge includes feasibility studies, cost planning, and contract administration.
Adopting a holistic approach, Simon considers all potential options for cost efficiency, whilst maximising building performance, and revenue when appropriate. His experience also encompasses contract negotiations, technical advisory reports, expert witness reports, program monitoring, and extension of time assessments.
Simon’s experience includes the successful development and commercial management of a portfolio of over $1B worth of projects. He has worked on projects including Emporium Melbourne, Queen Victoria Market Precinct Renewal, Cherry Creek Youth Justice Project, and over 50 education projects.
