A highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Director, Leanne has an extensive strategic and operational executive leadership background in the Infrastructure Services, FMCG, Energy and Agribusiness sectors.
She is also strongly business focused with particular expertise in driving leading solutions, strategic change, organisational engagement and growth, and has outstanding leadership and strategic planning abilities to support the business outcomes and develop innovative human resources approaches.
Leanne has an open and inclusive leadership style with proven ability to develop and motivate highly successful teams in achieving best practice in business excellence. She is also on the board of Melbourne Youth Orchestra (MYM): BMC Australasia.
