A dedicated member of the DCWC team, James Grosser brings over 14 years of expertise in cost estimation, project budgeting, contract administration and procurement within the construction industry. His extensive experience spans diverse sectors including education, commercial, residential, retail, leisure and industrial projects.

James demonstrates significant expertise in stakeholder engagement, cost management, and strategically aligning project execution with both client objectives and broader business goals. His professional credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from The University of Reading (UK), along with esteemed memberships in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS). He is also a registered Building Practitioner (QS) with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA).

James has successfully delivered projects such as the University of Melbourne De-extinction Research Facility, Armstrong Creek Town Centre Development and Virgin Active Gym facilities across Australia.
