Steve is a highly qualified and experienced Cost Manager with expert skills in Independent Certification, Verification and Review. He has an outstanding track record in achieving strong commercial results and the successful delivery of major business programs.

Since joining Donald Cant Watts Corke in 2007, Steve has proven his ability to deliver exceptional results on fast-tracked and complex projects through various procurement models.

Originally from the United Kingdom Steve’s background is predominantly in both Quantity Surveying and Project Management roles within the retail sector. During his time with major European consultancies and as a Managing Director, Steve helped pioneer the Employers Agents role; A unique role combining both Quantity Surveying and Project Management responsibilities.

With over 20 years construction experience, Steve has worked across a diverse sector portfolio including Pharmaceuticals, Education, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Commercial and Aged Care.

Steve was Independent Certifier on the multi award winning ANZ Centre Melbourne Docklands and Stage one of the New Royal Children’s Hospital, and Independent Reviewer representative on Stage 2. He is the current Independent Reviewer representative on the Bendigo Hospital Redevelopment.

New Royal Adelaide Hospital

The new Royal Adelaide Hospital, which opened in 2017, is the single largest infrastructure project in South Australia's history; and provides tertiary level services, including the full range of complex medical, surgical, diagnostic and support services.

ANZ Centre, Docklands

Located alongside the Yarra River in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct, this is the largest and ‘greenest’ single-tenanted commercial office building in Australia.
