Simon is an Associate Director with 30 years’ experience in the cost and project management of construction projects.

In addition to significant experience on private and public-sector buildings, Simon has worked on various civil engineering projects. He has extensive experience of feasibility studies, including masterplans and on all aspects of cost planning.

Simon adopts an holistic approach to a project in order to consider all potential options for cost efficiency whilst also maximising building performance and revenue on commercial projects.

Simon has significant contract administration experience, including bank reporting and independent review and certification.  He also has extensive project management experience including the provision of program assessment and management services.
