Atish has progressed his quantity surveying career through a loyal client base and proven leadership. He offers enthusiasm, commitment and drive to achieve project objectives; and brings a wealth of experience across a range of sectors including health, commercial, retail, arts and culture, government, residential, infrastructure and justice.
Atish’s career began in Fiji and New Zealand, working on major shopping centres, such as the Ormiston Town Centre, The Base at Hamilton as well as office redevelopments in Wellington and Auckland. He was also a member of the cost management team responsible for a major upgrade of the existing Tauranga Hospital.
More recently, he has been highly involved in the city rail link infrastructure developments in New Zealand, as well as iconic residential projects in Melbourne, including Altus at 238 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands – which sets a new standard of living, comprising 299 prestigious apartments, a lap pool, business lounge, restaurant, bar and café, as well as a stunning rooftop sky deck and world-class hotel.
