An Associate Director of our Victorian Quantity Surveying team, Allen has extensive experience in cost managing and cost planning for complex institutional projects. He adopts a thorough approach to the establishment and cost management of project budgets.

Allen has masterplanning experience on projects including the University of Melbourne – Vet School, Gateway and BIO21 projects, as well as the Myer Melbourne and Emporium shopping Centre developments.

Allen has gained a wealth of experience working on projects across a variety of sectors including Research (CSIRO AAHL upgrade $400M), Sport (Docklands Stadium Replacement cost estimate $350M), Tertiary Education (Monash University Caulfield Plaza Student Apartments and Mixed Use Retail $230M), Health (Royal Women’s Hospital $250M) and Commercial (IBM Office Park $50M).
