About The Role

Your role as an experienced Quantity Surveyor with us will be dynamic, diverse and demanding. Balancing autonomy with teamwork, you'll collaborate closely with a compact team that's driving forward our varied pipeline of projects. The ideal candidate will have practical experience across all aspects of Quantity Surveying, as well as demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience essential in all aspects of Quantity Surveying including the preparation of Bills of Quantities
  • Experience in built form and/or infrastructure projects in Australia
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and client delivery experience
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet multiple, conflicting deadlines in calm and professional manner
  • Strong negotiation and reporting writing skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and effective communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
  • Willingness to perform other duties, as reasonably required
  • Must reside in Sydney
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia with full working rights in your visa, or as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
