Richard Guerra

Richard has been providing construction consultancy services to both private and public sector clients for over 20 years. Richard is responsible for managing all service delivery in Adelaide and has extensive experience in almost all sectors of the construction industry including more broadly the property and civil/infrastructure sectors where he has been responsible for the delivery of several large scale and complex programs and projects.

Overseeing all of our projects locally Richard has intricate knowledge of what it takes to set-up and actively be involved in high performance project and cost management teams delivering major programs and projects.

By anticipating the client’s long term needs, Richard has been able to streamline solutions and delivery methods to improve people, processes and systems. Richard also has a proven history of professionally delivering challenging schemes on time and budget and is a valuable addition to the team.
