Megan Smith

Megan is a highly accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years’ experience providing quantity surveying and cost consultancy services. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results for clients in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

She has worked across a broad range of sectors including Commercial Basebuild and Fitout, residential, retail and education. Megan’s project experience spans from project feasibility through to project completion. Her skills cover measurement and cost estimating, preparing pre-tender estimates, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and adjustments, cost reporting, assessment of variations and progress clams and final account settlements. Megan also has experience in assessment of Contractual Claims, including Loss and Expense and Extension of Time.

A Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Megan also holds a Bachelor of Construction (Economics) from the Unitec Institute of Technology.
