Jonathan is an experienced Associate with a distinguished career spanning over 22 years in both Australia and the UK. He has held roles at Walker Corporation and Lendlease in Australia, as well as prior positions in development and consultancy in the UK. A qualified MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Jonathan combines exceptional commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of client and developer priorities.

His expertise lies in early-stage design analysis, procurement strategy, and risk assessment, complemented by core competencies in cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract services. These include cost reporting, variation assessments, progress claims, and final account negotiations. Jonathan’s comprehensive knowledge of cost and contract management also enables him to excel as a project manager and superintendent.

Jonathan’s recent experience includes delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects, with notable achievements in landmark developments such as One Sydney Harbour and Festival Plaza Adelaide.
