JP is an Associate with 18 years of experience in all facets of cost management and on a variety of project types and sizes. JP is a valuable member of our Adelaide team due to his extensive construction experience both in Australia and abroad.

JP has significant experience working on complex projects particularly those within operating/trading facilities where staging of works, program and above all cost are of utmost importance.

JP has a strong business acumen with an excellent understanding of effective systems and processes coupled with local market intelligence, negotiation and liaison skills.

Working with meticulous attention to detail and solid analytical aptitude with advanced organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills, JP is a valued member of our team.

RMIT University New Academic Street (NAS)

The project’s goal was to integrate the CBD campus east and west precincts. The four buildings were refurbished and opened to the city streetscape. Levels 2, 3, 4 and parts of 5 and 6 across these buildings were turned into interconnected learning spaces, outdoor terraces, laneways and light wells, all with efficient walkways between floors.

The University of Melbourne - Bio21 Stage 2B

The Bio21 Stage 2B Project expands the Bio21 Institute’s multidisciplinary research, training and industry engagement and is directed at achieving the Institute’s ‘school to bench to workplace’ vision.

Journal Uni Place

Donald Cant Watts Corke provided Project Management and Cost Planning Services for the Journal Uni Place development at 16-32 Leicester Street, Carlton.
