The Queensland Department of Education enlisted the services of DCWC for the Townsville Community Learning Centre project involving the construction of a versatile multipurpose hall.

DCWC took on the roles of Project Management, Superintendency, Programme Management, and Cost Management for this time-sensitive project. The project's primary objective was to deliver a new multipurpose hall with a single court, tailored to the unique requirements of a special school facility.

The facility comprises a sports court area and a fully accessible performance stage, designed to offer flexibility for various activities such as sports events, artistic performances, and school assemblies.
