As part of the Victorian Government's Growth Areas Schools Project, Oberon High School relocated to a new campus in Armstrong Creek to create a precinct for quality education for Prep through to Year 12.
DCWC provided project management services for the new Oberon High School campus in Armstrong Creek. This campus, located next to Armstrong Creek School, a combined primary and specialist school, features state-of-the-art learning facilities and modern buildings. The development aims to accommodate a growing number of students in the southern Geelong area, addressing the needs of the expanding local population.
The project involved the construction of several key buildings: an administration and library building, three learning community buildings designed with adaptable spaces for various learning activities, a science, arts, and technology building, as well as a performing arts and physical education building. Additionally, the campus includes four outdoor multipurpose courts and a sports oval.
