The Ningaloo Centre, situated 1,250km North of Perth, is Exmouth’s new state-of-the-art research, education, tourism and community hub.

The versatile building serves four main purposes: community centre and library facility; visitor centre; museum and gallery; TAFE education and research facility. The Centre also incorporates a community conference and performing arts centre, as well as a large gallery designed for travelling exhibitions, events and cultural programs.

Donald Cant Watts Corke was engaged to provide Quantity Surveying Services throughout the life of the project:

  • Preparation of bill of quantities
  • Pricing of the BQ to produce a pre-tender estimate
  • Provide assistance with the review of tenders
  • Provide contract administration cost control services throughout the construction period.
