The Anglican Schools Corporation engaged DCWC to provide Quantity Surveying services for the redevelopment of the Danebank School campus.

This helped create a new Master Plan and deliver Stage 2 of the campus redevelopment along Park Road. Designed by Gardner Wetherill Architects and constructed by Rohrig, the Stage 2 development features:

  • Upgraded junior learning spaces;

  • a new reception area;

  • sick bay;

  • junior school offices;

  • staff and family meeting areas;

  • staff and community facilities;

  • a new canteen;

  • junior and senior libraries; and

  • and significant infrastructure enhancements.

As Quantity Surveyor, DCWC played a crucial role in ensuring the project stayed within budget, offering cost management and financial oversight throughout the design and construction phases.

The project retained and refurbished part of the existing building structure, commencing construction in mid-2023 and successfully completing it in April 2024, meeting all budgetary requirements.
