Megan Smith, Associate Director of Quantity Surveying NSW.
We're thrilled to welcome Megan Smith to DCWC's Sydney office, where she joins our team as an Associate Director of the Quantity Surveying team. Megan boasts an impressive background, holding chartered status with both the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Her rich career spans Australia, New Zealand and the UK, offering a broad spectrum of expertise.
Megan's career includes significant roles at WT Partnership, Gardiner & Theobald, and Turner & Townsend. Notably, she played a crucial role in managing and delivering projects in commercial offices, mixed use developments, schools and residential developments.
Executive Director NSW and ACT, Melissa de Klerk, said "Megan's appointment underscores DCWC's commitment to growth in the NSW and ACT markets. Her diverse skill set will greatly support our expansion plans, and we're excited to welcome her on board."
