We are proud to share the release of the DCWC Indigenous Engagement Plan (IEP). This plan represents a shift toward a more genuine, authentic and realistic approach to reconciliation—one that moves beyond checklist exercises and into tangible action.

A massive thank you to Dwayne Good of InTravel Group for his invaluable guidance. His feedback and direction helped us set a path that isn't just about good intentions, but about confident and effective implementation over the next three years.

Our core commitment is to focus on what we do best: Project and Cost Management services in the built environment. Throughout the lifespan of our IEP, we are committed to providing pro bono and low bono support to both Indigenous-owned organisations and organisations that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We believe that by providing our professional expertise where it matters most, we can create a genuine, lasting impact. We invite you to read our full plan below.
