As a part of our growth strategy, we have a newly created position for a Director, Infrastructure Advisory to join our Infrastructure business. This role reports to the Executive Director, Infrastructure and will be based in NSW.

 

The role will be accountable for business growth in NSW, development of infrastructure staff, delivery of commissions, client management and business performance within the Infrastructure business. The position will also require the sourcing and delivery of Infrastructure advisory services in other regions, working with the relevant Regional Executive Directors and broader Infrastructure team.

 

This is a growth position requiring someone to source, win and do work whilst at the same time develop a team of capable and dedicated infrastructure specialists across all relevant sub-sectors and potential service offerings.

 

You will:

  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership and influence on all technical matters relating advisory services across financial, procurement, strategic and public-private partnership issues for large scale infrastructure projects.
  • Have a strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure project life cycle from project evaluation, procurement, financial close, construction, operations, and strategic management of capital, transactions, asset sales, and divestments.
  • Show a clear and successful delivery of services to clients as appropriate.

 

Our candidates will have -

  • 15 plus years Infrastructure advisory experience preferably with a consulting group or peak infrastructure advisory body.
  • Broad, diverse and well-developed networks nationally.
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in relevant discipline
  • Member or strong affiliations within peak industry infrastructure bodies
  • Be a natural leader
  • Is outgoing and enthusiastic, and
  • Is Commercial astute, professional and accountable

 

You must be eligible to work in Australia with full working rights in your visa, or as an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
