About the role

Qualified Associate / Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to work as part of our local team. The role will involve project delivery and representing the business externally whilst also contributing to the growth of our business and people locally

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 10-15 years post qualification experience
  • Client delivery experience essential
  • Experience essential in all aspects of Quantity Surveying including the delivery and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Experience in built form projects in Perth essential (aviation, education, health, corrections, residential, hotels).
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet multiple, conflicting deadlines in calm professional manner
  • Strong team management and motivational skills
  • Strong negotiation and reporting writing skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and effective communication skills
  • Proactive, a problem solver and able to work autonomously
  • Must reside in Perth with AIQS / RICS accreditation
