DCWC is pleased to be appointed as Project Managers for Western Australian Cricket Association’s (WACA) Ground Improvement Project.


The project will see the transformation of the iconic Ground into a boutique multi-sport venue with a capacity of approximately 10,000. The refurbishment of current facilities, along with the addition of new facilities,  are for the use of elite and emerging cricket talent will also allow for a multi-sport capability to service the sporting wider community. 


The project includes an activated piazza space, innovative shade solutions, 10 lane indoor cricket facility, gym & recovery facilities, public fitness facility, re-invigorated museum, new Program Delivery Centre, medical and sports science services space, scoreboard, lecture theatre, meeting rooms, oval resizing, lighting upgrade, café, new pavilion and function room.


The history and heritage of the WACA Ground is a key element in the design of new facilities with the acknowledgement of traditional landowners and celebration to rich cricket, sporting and entertainment history to be reflected.
