The Tresillian Residential Facility in Wollstonecraft is a state-of-the-art clinical facility designed to expand access to residential care support.

Tresillian is a leading not-for-profit organisation in Australia, dedicated to supporting families during the early stages of parenting. The service assists with breastfeeding, infant nutrition and settling techniques, as well as addressing mental health challenges like postnatal depression and anxiety.

DCWC was engaged as Quantity Surveyors for both the new health facility and the refurbishment of Tresillian’s existing location at 25 Shirley Road. With stunning harbour views and a location adjacent to a park, the facility enhances Tresillian’s mission by providing upgraded spaces for parenting courses and day services, allowing for greater reach and impact in client care.

DCWC provided comprehensive quantity surveying services throughout the project, starting from the design development phase and maintaining close collaboration with the client during the tendering, contract award, and delivery phases.
