DCWC continues to provide Advisory, Superintendent and Quantity Surveying services for Inspire Impact's specialist disability housing projects across Victoria, Northern NSW, Southern QLD and South Australia.

Inspire Impact is dedicated to fostering a collaborative approach within the community care sector, working alongside care providers, accommodation providers, residents, and property owners to develop smart, scalable, and sustainable housing solutions for individuals with disabilities. With a strong network and commitment to advocacy, Inspire Impact is successfully delivering over 100 projects in partnership with DCWC as we continue to offer advisory services to establish effective delivery frameworks.

These projects focus on designing and developing dwellings that meet NDIA Platinum standards, accommodating at least three residents and a live-in carer in each unit. DCWC has also provided Superintendent and Quantity Surveying services for the construction of 60 standalone dwellings in Victoria, 45 in Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales and 14 in South Australia, significantly enhancing the quality of life for residents.

A recent example is Saxton Drive, Moe. Completed in 2024, services provided for this project commenced with evaluating the builder's price for the site purchased by Inspire Impact, followed by a thorough tender analysis to ensure fair pricing. Upon approval, the project moved into the contract administration stage, which included overseeing the builder's activities onsite, assessing progress claims and variations, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. DCWC has acted as both Superintendent and Quantity Surveyor throughout this process. The final steps involved a practical completion inspection before the site handover whilst adhering to a 12-month delivery timeline per location.
