Donald Cant Watts Corke have been selected as the provider of Quantity Surveying services for the SilverKris Lounge makeover project at Perth Airport by Singapore Airlines.
SIA recently announced the commencement of work on a brand-new SilverKris Lounge at Perth Airport. This project aims to offer passengers a more spacious environment, upgraded facilities, and new dining options.
Expected to open by the end of this year, the new SilverKris Lounge will be more than double the size of the current lounge, which has been in operation since 2006. The design of the new lounge adheres to the refreshed concept of "Home Away from Home," incorporating various elements to create distinct personal spaces that evoke a sense of being at home. These spaces incorporate a living room, bar, expanded dining rooms, and productivity pods for individuals needing to catch up on work. Additionally, the lounge will feature shower facilities.
The key features of the lounge include a seating capacity for up to 140 guests, an expanded buffet area complete with a live cooking station, a fully stocked bar offering an extensive selection of beverages, and specially designed productivity pods to accommodate individuals in need of a focused work environment.
