DCWC is pleased to announce the successful completion of Rebel Sport's Flagship store at Emporium.  

DCWC provided Project Management and Superintendent services for redevelopment of Level 4, Level 5 rooftop and a new Lonsdale St dedicated entry for Vicinity at Emporium.

Our team’s role involved management of the design, town planning, procurement and delivery phases of new tenancy spaces for Rebel Sport and Justco (scheduled to open in 2024).

The redevelopment included demolition of the existing Myer tenancy, refurbishment of base build toilets, construction of a new dual lift entry from Lonsdale St, relocation of existing rooftop plant to make way for a rooftop basketball court, delivery of Category 1 works and new tenancy perimeter glazing against the existing 5 level void. Works also included late integration of tenant fitout requirements.
