DCWC provided comprehensive project management and superintendent services for JustCo’s co-working space within Vicinity Centres' Emporium Melbourne shopping centre.
Designed to accommodate up to 450 workers, the latest addition to JustCo's Australian co-working spaces encompasses private office suites, hot desk zones, and versatile meeting rooms spread across 2870 square metres. The meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities, allowing for seamless communication and collaboration across distances. Additionally, purpose-built micro-spaces have been cleverly integrated into the design, aimed at fostering focused work and effective teamwork.
The facility not only incorporates biophilic design elements—blending nature with the workspace to enhance creativity and reduce stress—but also offers hotel-like amenities to elevate the overall well-being and comfort of JustCo members. These amenities include relaxing lounges, wellness areas, and access to a fully stocked kitchen, all aimed at creating an inviting atmosphere that promotes productivity.
Central to JustCo’s model is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which has become increasingly significant in today's post-pandemic landscape. Recognising the importance of a healthy work environment, JustCo at Emporium Melbourne is designed to support both professional and personal well-being. Located on level 4 of the centre, this prime workspace offers easy access to a plethora of amenities within Emporium itself and the surrounding area, along with various public transport options for members' convenience.
