Located adjacent to the museum’s ex-Navy fleet, the Warship Pavilion’s construction commemorates the centenary of World War 1 and 100 years of the RAN’s submarine and surface service.

This project involved the demolition of an existing facility positioned on a wharf adjacent to a warship and submarine and the construction of a new contemporary pavilion, a purpose-built exhibition space for the war ships and submarine stationed at the museum. Donald Cant Watts Corke are provided cost management services on the project working very closely with the ANMM Project Director.

We wrote a number of reports on differing procurement routes to meet cashflow, risk and quality requirements. By involving closely with the client to explore procurement options against client-specific requirements, the optimum solutions to satisfy the constraints were identified.
