Located on the bustling intersection of Victoria Parade and Brunswick Street, Donald Cant Watts Corke provided full project management services for feasibility, scoping, design, construction, installation and finalisation of the modular style temporary teaching space on the Fitzroy campus at Australian Catholic University.

The Building is to assist with the burden on class scheduling within the university the building has 20 multipurpose GLA’s and office space for 36 Staff. Installed in 2 stages the Modular building has exceeded all expectations at ACU and provided a new key piece in the campus.
