Ian Cole, Associate Director - WA
We’re thrilled to announce Ian Cole has joined our team as an Associate Director of Quantity Surveying. With over 25 years of experience in delivering Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of development projects. His expertise encompasses cost management, budget oversight, measurement, contractual counsel, audit/assurance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Ian’s experience spans various sectors including aviation, infrastructure and commercial with project values reaching up to $500M.
Having worked extensively in the UK construction industry, Ian has developed a deep understanding of how different markets and cultures approach development and construction. Ian is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc Hons in Construction Management (Quantity Surveying), as well as currently holding NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation status. His prior experience includes significant projects such as the Perth Airport Master Planning, Coles Supermarkets State Framework, the New WA Museum, Optus Stadium, and National Highways Major Projects Programme in the UK, among others.
We are excited to leverage Ian's extensive knowledge and experience as we continue to deliver exceptional Quantity Surveying services to our clients.
