International Women’s Day provides us as individuals and as collective organisations and communities, an opportunity to support the ever important efforts towards creating a gender equal world.

DCWC would like to take this opportunity to recognise and celebrate the amazing women we are proud to have at DCWC. We will continue to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace, where the contributions and achievements of all team members are heard and acknowledged.

IWD v11

We encourage our employees to #ChooseToChallenge towards shaping a work environment that supports inclusion and diversion, where everyone can be heard and recognised for their achievements.

Reflecting on #IWD2021, DCWC asked a few members of the team to share their thoughts on gender equality and the role it plays in the construction industry.

Each of us can play our part and #ChooseToChallenge while recognising and celebrating the contributions of women. Increasing the inclusion and diversion of women through organisations, communities and the broader world is the key to a gender equal world.
