Josh Serpell, Associate Project Manager at DCWC
We’re pleased to announce that Josh Serpell, a valued leader within the DCWC team, is celebrating 10 years with us. Since joining DCWC in 2013, Josh has grown from cadet to Associate within our Project Management team and has earnt a reputation over the past decade for his diligence, attention to detail and personable approach.
Josh’s career started out with projects at Melbourne Airport, including Terminal 4, the Terminal 4 Carpark, and the Southern Precinct Civil Program. In recent years, he has successfully transitioned into managing Education, Research, Social Housing and Civic Infrastructure projects for clients such as CSIRO, Launch Housing and the Victorian School Building Authority.
His skill set covers feasibility assessments through to project delivery and superintendency, and Josh’s passion for work and commitment in achieving high-quality outcomes are key drivers in ensuring each project is consistently delivered on time and within budget.
We look forward to Josh’s continued journey ahead and witnessing his ongoing contributions to our projects and our culture here at DCWC. Congratulations Josh on reaching this significant milestone!
