DCWC is providing full Quantity Surveying services for Brighton Grammar School's new Science Centre.
Construction on Brighton Grammar School's Centre for Science, Creativity and Entrepreneurship has recently achieved the significant milestone of topping-out. Located on the school's 4.2-hectare site in Brighton, the two-story centre spans a floor area of 11,930 square meters, and boasts facilities for robotics and mechanical prototype development, three versatile science labs dedicated to chemistry, physics, and biology, an art studio, and includes offices, storage, and technical spaces. Design by Architectus, the centre also incorporates basement parking for 72 vehicles, with the rooftop to feature three tennis courts and a clubhouse for the St Andrew’s Tennis Club.
On track for completion in early 2025, the centre's advanced learning environments are designed to nurture student creativity, with DCWC providing extensive quantity surveying services for the project. View our other Education sector projects.
