This year the nominations are brimming with bright designs and conscious features. The awards, managed by the Property Council of Australia, is one of the most prestigious property awards programs in Australia. Showcasing examples of superior property development and investment nationally as well as promoting excellence in design and innovation in the built environment.
Botanical Apartments has been nominated as Finalist in the Award for Best Residential Development.

Orygen, The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, is the world’s leading research and knowledge organisation focusing on mental ill-health in young people. The inner city state-of-the-art clinical, research, education and training facility emulates nature throughout the design by Billard Leece Partnership, with the open-plan approach attempting to break down an institutional feel.

Melbourne Connect has been nominated as a Finalist in the Award for Project Innovation.
Melbourne Connect nurtures an ecosystem for creating innovative solutions to solve the challenges our societies face today around climate change, food security, health, design, technology and exploration. Featuring A-Grade office space for the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, co-working and commercial tenants, Telstra Creator Space, Science Gallery Melbourne, retail, and a superfloor with shared meeting and events spaces.
