The East Fremantle Community Park redevelopment is a transformative project designed to create a vibrant, multi-use community, sport and leisure precinct.

DCWC is proud to have delivered Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the Town of East Fremantle, contributing to this outstanding initiative.

The redevelopment integrates state-of-the-art facilities catering to both community needs and athletic excellence. The centrepiece of the project is a new multipurpose building, which features:

  • Modern player amenities, including change rooms, a gym, treatment areas, and a lecture room

  • Office spaces, conference areas, and viewing decks for the East Fremantle Football Club

  • Hospitality and function spaces, with a commercial kitchen and a café

  • A large commercial gym with facilities for spin classes and group activities

  • Public amenities, storage, and plant areas

Complementing the multipurpose building are various recreational and sporting facilities:

  • Resurfaced AFL oval with enhanced floodlighting

  • Synthetic bowling greens and croquet fields

  • An all-abilities playground and nature play space

  • A skate zone and half-court basketball area

  • A dedicated enclosed dog exercise park

  • Community gardens and upgraded carparks

  • A restaurant and function space, Carnaby’s, featuring a focus on local produce

This ambitious project supports several key stakeholders, including the local community, the East Fremantle Football Club, East Fremantle Bowling Club, and East Fremantle Croquet Club, while providing high-quality facilities for athletes, staff and the broader public.

The redeveloped precinct is designed to enhance community engagement, encourage active lifestyles and provide spaces for social connection. With its combination of sporting, leisure, and hospitality offerings, the East Fremantle Community Park is set to become a focal point for the local area, benefiting residents and visitors alike.

DCWC is honoured to have contributed to delivering this exceptional facility that will serve the East Fremantle community for years to come.
