New Director appointed to Quantity Surveying team

Donald Cant Watts Corke is delighted to announce that earlier this month, Mario Snyman joined our Perth team as a senior member of our Western Australian Quantity Surveying team.

Mario has over 24 years of construction and strategic project delivery experience, including all aspects of Cost Management and Quantity Surveying, from working with contractors through to client representatives.

He is multi-skilled across a range of sectors including aviation, commercial, education, health, hospitality and leisure, sport and recreation, infrastructure, residential and retail, having worked on projects in both South Africa and Australia.

He is a member of the South African Association of Quantity Surveyors (MASAQS) and has been a Director of another quantity surveying firm in Perth.

Some of his most notable projects include:
•  Belmont Grandstand Redevelopment in Perth;
•  New Perth Stadium and its nearby station;
•  NBN Satellite Earth Stations WA;
•  Northlink WA Stage 3;
•  Queens Riverside QIII Perth;
•  Coles Byford Village Shopping Centre WA;
•  Vasse Village Shopping Centre WA;
•  iFly Indoor Skydiving Centre in Perth;
•  St Vincent de Paul Headquarters in Perth;
•  Curtin Connect B101/102 in Perth;
•  Curtin Creative Quarter in Perth;
•  Somerset St George’s Terrace Refurbishment in Perth.

Internationally, Mario has undertaken projects for the Cape Town International and Athlone Soccer Stadiums in Cape Town, as well as the Table Bay Hotel, One & Only Hotel and Vincent Pallotti Hospital Redevelopment also in South Africa’s southernmost harbour city.
