DCWC provided infrastructure advisory services to GHD under the Master Engineering Desgin Services for the development of Western Sydney International Airport.

DCWC's Infrastructure team provided comprehensive Cost Option Assessments, as well as detailed CAPEX and OPEX Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities under the Master Engineering Design Services for the development of the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport.

Early earthworks were completed in 2020, with major earthworks completed in 2023 at the Badgerys Creek site. These essential services are being executed in close collaboration with GHD Pty Ltd, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to project timelines. The Master Engineering Design Services specifically relate to the Sitewide Elements, which encompass all assets of the airport, excluding the terminal precinct and bulk earthworks.

The Western Sydney Airport project is poised for completion in 2026, and it is set to become a vital transport hub, significantly enhancing connectivity and economic growth in the region. We look forward to contributing to this transformative project and supporting the vision of a modern airport that meets the needs of the future.
