Our team was the coordinator for the development of the project Functional and Technical Brief. This included the organisation and facilitation of over 50 User Group workshops; as well as liaising with the Design Team and specialised fire training consultants to ensure all required functional and technical information was accurately defined and included.

Donald Cant Watts Corke was also the Cost Consultant working with the FOLD Project team. At all stages our team were looking for and promoting cost effective solutions and using life cycle costing techniques that incorporated capital, running and operational costs, and delivering value for money solutions wherever possible.

The Facility will meet both existing and future training organisational needs for the Fire Rescue Victoria. The design will have a fundamental focus on practical training, flexibility, innovation and technology, as well as implementing viable best practice environmentally sustainable design principles and initiatives.
